STRUCTURAL FABRICATION

Our 18,880 square foot structural steel shop features a CNC plasma table with up to 260 amps of current, a high-speed band saw, a punch press, an ironworker to cut angle and plate, mig welding, stick welding, hand held plasma torch, and a structural priming booth. We routinely fabricate agricultural hoppers, platforms, stairs, railings, and structural steel packages to our customers’ design and specifications.

This 25’ x 25’ (9) column platform, was made for a local manufacturer and installed by our customer’s crew. The railings were customized to fit around existing obstacles and fabricated to include a gate in order to receive two pump decks required for the plastic molding injection process at the plant.

This 25’ x 25’ (9) column platform, was made for a local manufacturer and installed by our customer’s crew. The railings were customized to fit around existing obstacles and fabricated to include a gate in order to receive two pump decks required for the plastic molding injection process at the plant. This picture shows the installation of the first pump deck, which weighs around 18,000 lbs when full, on the new platform.
