Metal Fabrication
Since we constantly work with structural steel tubes, wide flange beams, angle, plate, and cold-rolled steel sheet metal to build our canopies, we have quite a few metal manufacturing capabilities at our facility we offer as a service to petroleum marketers, busy manufacturers looking to outsource a portion of their workload, and the general public. We offer shearing, forming, punching, sandblasting, welding, plasma cutting, painting, decal vinyl graphics application and general fabrication. We use our plasma table to make industrial products, signage/plaques, and décor, which can be sold to businesses or the end consumer general public.
Most clients contract us to supply the materials and fabricate, while some choose to deliver their own materials to us to fabricate. We keep an inventory of a variety of steel plate thicknesses and structural angles and can easily order any special steel sizes to arrive in a short time. See the link for a complete list of stock steel & accessories. We do not stock, but frequently work with our customers’ aluminum, diamond plate, mesh, and stainless steel. Much of our fabrication utilizes several of our capabilities, for example the restoration of tractor parts with blasting, welding, and color match automotive grade painting. We’ve also custom built a sandblast cabinet for a “tight-fit” area of a shop, using plasma cutting, welding, drilling/fastening, caulking, painting, etc.

Sheet Metal Fabrication
Our 33,280 square foot sheet metal shop offers shearing, forming using brake presses, hole-punching, sand blasting, painting (sprayed automotive grade) and vinyl graphics applications. We can manufacture a variety of miscellaneous petroleum-related steel products such as tank protectors, containment boxes, sump lids, pump doors, column covers, and more. Painting and Application of Graphics
Multi-part painting for any quantity and size is available. We can match almost any color sample at our in-plant paint booth, where we use durable automotive-grade paint, considered to be low VOC emission (volatile organic compounds). In addition, we use an electrostatic system that negatively charges the material being painted and positively charges the paint particulates so that the two attract and very little is wasted in the process, therefore reducing emissions. We routinely explore options to further lower our paint emissions without affecting our warranty. We can also apply vinyl decal graphics in-plant or on-site (weather-depending). Our customer will typically supply the decals, but we can order them if they prefer. Make your products stand out with unlimited paint and graphics designs.
Structural Steel Fabrication
Our 18,880 square foot structural steel shop features a CNC plasma table with up to 260 amps of current, a high-speed band saw, a punch press, an ironworker to cut angle and plate, mig welding, stick welding, hand held plasma torch, and a structural priming booth. We routinely fabricate agricultural hoppers, platforms, stairs, railings, and structural steel packages to our customers’ design and specifications.
Plasma Cutting
Our HyPerformance Plasma HPR260 high definition table can pierce thru up to 1¼” and cut (edge start) up to 2½” of mild steel, stainless steel, and aluminum with up to a powerful 260 amps of current. An infinitely wide variety of intricate shapes can be drawn in CAD and completed by the plasma cutter with speed and precision, allowing Tsui to continue handling nearly all of its own canopy manufacturing while also helping other businesses and consumers with their custom cutting.
Décor
We offer quite a variety of décor available for purchase from businesses or the general public. Designs range from holiday décor to sports to hobbies and beyond. Finished items can be wall hangings, outdoor garden décor, coffee tables, trade show tables, wedding gift card boxes, and so much more. We frequently add our automotive grade paint – suitable for indoor or outdoor uses. All items pictured are already a part of our database and available as is. Many items are customizable as well. Signage & Plaques
If you are looking for address plaques, property signage, or awards plaques, Tsui can make them here. These are highly-customized and durable products, with your own street number, name, or event included in the design. A variety of fonts are available, and we can add our automotive-grade paint in a custom color – suitable for indoor or outdoor uses. Industrial
Mainly sold to businesses and hobbyist entrepreneurs, we cut many shapes out of a variety of metal thicknesses. Local companies rely on us to make replacement parts to keep their operations running.
